PLASTIC-COATED STEEL PIPE

Coating treatment: Coating treatment is a key step, including multiple processes:
Hot dip plastic: After the steel pipe is preheated to a certain temperature, the plastic powder is coated on the steel pipe, and then sent to a constant temperature electric furnace for heat treatment to melt the plastic powder and adhere to the surface of the steel pipe.
Spraying: The plastic coating is evenly sprayed on the surface of the steel pipe through a spray gun. It is suitable for small-diameter plastic-coated steel pipes and has the characteristics of low cost and high production efficiency.
Electrostatic spraying: Using the principle of electrostatic adsorption, the powder coating is evenly sprayed on the surface of the steel pipe, and then sent to a constant temperature oven for curing.
Spray coating process: The coating is sprayed on the outer wall of the heated steel pipe through a sieve to form a uniform coating.
Curing and cooling: The coated steel pipe needs to be cured in a constant temperature and humidity environment to make the coating tightly bonded to the surface of the steel pipe. After curing, cooling treatment is carried out to ensure the stability of coating performance. Quality inspection: Comprehensive quality inspection of plastic-coated steel pipes, including appearance inspection, thickness measurement, pressure resistance test, etc., to ensure that each plastic-coated steel pipe shipped meets relevant standards and requirements. Packaging and transportation: Use dust-proof and moisture-proof materials for packaging to avoid damage to the coating and ensure the safety of the product during transportation and storage.
