Carbon Steel Sheet
The hot-rolled steel coil is made of continuous casting slab or pre-rolled slab as raw material, heated by a walking heating furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then entered into the rough rolling mill. Computer-controlled rolling, after final rolling, laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiling by a coiler become straight rolls.
Carbon steel sheet is also known as low or high carbon steel plate, characterized by complete specifications,diverse materials; High dimensional accuracy, up to ± 0.1mm;Excellent surface quality, good brightness; Strong corrosion resistance, high tensile strength and fatigue strength; Stable chemical composition, pure steel, low inclusion content, widely used in construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, furniture and household appliances industry, electrical and automation industry.

Forming
The hot rolled steel is malleable at high temperatures, enabling it to be rolled into various shapes, forms, and sizes. After forming, the steel is cooled at room temperature, typically leaving a scaly surface finish that techniques like pickling can remove.
Application
Hot rolled steel sheet and coil are basic carbon steel products commonly used for applications in which dimensional tolerances and surface finish quality are not critical, such as: Agriculture Equipment/Automobile Accessories/Automotive Frames/ Construction/Pipe and Tubular/Railroad Tracks/Strappings/Stampings/Transportation Infrastructure.
