Boiler plates are special steel plates used for manufacturing boilers. The applicable standard is GB713. According to their material, they can be divided into two major categories: special carbon steel plates (such as 20g, 22Mng) and low-alloy heat-resistant steel plates (such as 15CrMog, 12Cr1MoVg). This material is mainly applied to key components such as the boiler shell, boiler drum, and header end covers.

Pressure vessel plate

Pressure vessel plates are special steel plates used for manufacturing steam boilers, pressure vessels and pressure-bearing components. They need to adapt to different temperature and pressure environments and have strict requirements for material uniformity, strength and toughness. Forming

The hot rolled steel is malleable at high temperatures, enabling it to be rolled into various shapes, forms, and sizes. After forming, the steel is cooled at room temperature, typically leaving a scaly surface finish that techniques like pickling can remove.

Application

Hot rolled steel sheet and coil are basic carbon steel products commonly used for applications in which dimensional tolerances and surface finish quality are not critical, such as: Agriculture Equipment/Automobile Accessories/Automotive Frames/ Construction/Pipe and Tubular/Railroad Tracks/Strappings/Stampings/Transportation Infrastructure.
